Payment & Deposit Policy

Rollin’ Boulder Outfitters reserves the right to adjust prices according to the level of service provided. The rates and fees listed by Rollin’ Boulder Outfitters are based on and apply to direct bookings only. Guests who book trips through travel or booking agents will be surcharged the “face value” amount of that agent’s rate. (No agent, no surcharge).

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the dates of your trip. This deposit is nonrefundable; however, it may be applied to a future trip, upon 30 days written notice. Dates to be reserved are not guaranteed prior to receipt of the signed contract/release and deposit payment.

The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Deposits and final payments are payable by bank check, money order, or guaranteed personal check. Rollin’ Boulder Outfitters assumes no responsibility for cancellations within 30 days of the trip date.
